Founding Partner
Steve graduated from Ball State University in 1979 earning his Bachelors of Science. He became licensed as a Certified Public Accountant soon after in 1984. Since founding Kirschner & Company in 1992, Steve has been a leader in construction industry accounting and consulting. Through the years he has built strong, trusted relationships with his clients, with some relationships spanning over 30 years.
Steve is a firm believer that people know care how much you know, until they know how much you care. He has tried to live by that motto throughout his 40 year career.
Outside of work, Steve enjoys spending time with his wife, Jill, his 4 children, his 2 step-children, and 11 grandkids.
